If you’re planning an event in Puerto Vallarta, The Picnic Company should absolutely be your first choice! I hosted a breakfast for my family during my sister’s wedding weekend, and they made the entire experience seamless and memorable.

From the beginning, scheduling was incredibly easy. They worked closely with me to accommodate specific needs—like providing tables and chairs (as one of our guests uses a wheelchair) instead of their usual beach setup. They were also mindful of dietary restrictions, offering options without pork or shellfish, and even created delicious vegetarian dishes. Everything was done within budget, which I truly appreciated.

They arrived an hour and a half early to set up, and the transformation was stunning. The decor—from the floral arrangements to the tableware—was absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully curated. The food platters were fresh and flavorful, and they even crafted a signature drink for us in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions.

One of the biggest highlights? They took gorgeous photos of the event, which meant I could be fully present without needing to pull out my phone. Cleanup was just as efficient—they handled everything, start to finish.

This picnic made our trip! I hosted a beach picnic for my bachelorette party, and Marco and his team exceeded our design and service expectations. They thought of every detail – having signature drinks set up as we arrived, scoping out picnic locations based on my preferences and location, and even doing a mock table setup the night before. I had a few visions I was deciding between, and Marco knew how to execute them all. And on the day of, it turned out incredible! They even had a few surprises for us including drone footage and professional photography, and the content arrived to my email the next day. Their team is fantastic. 10 out of 10! We did this one evening for our bride to be, for her bachelorette party. It was so magical. The staff was so nice and attentive. All three courses were generous portions. Come hungry because the food is delicious! Wine is included as well as a photographer to take photos. I cannot recommend this enough! Worth every penny!

We planned a beach party for our company retreat in PV and wanted to include a picnic setup. There were many different options to choose from to really curate it to our needs.
