How far in advance should I book?

Please book at least 48 hours in advance. Weekends fill up quickly—the earlier you reserve, the better your chances. Check our calendar for current availability.

How long does the picnic last?

Most picnics last around 3 hours. Some packages include up to 4 hours—please check your specific package details.

If you need to leave early, just message us at +52 322 151 8787—we’re on hand throughout your experience.

What if it rains?

We monitor the forecast regularly. If the chance of rain is over 50%, you can:

  • Use our pop-up canopy (recommended), or
  • Move the picnic to your home/indoor location, or
  • Reschedule at no cost with 48+ hours’ notice (subject to availability).

If you decline the canopy and it rains, the $1,000 MXN deposit is non-refundable.

What if I’m running late?

Please let us know. We’ll keep the food in transport boxes so it stays fresh.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, that time is deducted from your reserved window (e.g., your 3-hour picnic time). You may add extra time at $1,000 MXN per hour, subject to availability.

Do you handle setup and cleanup?

Yes. Your picnic is fully set up on arrival. When you’re done—or if you finish early—call or message us, and we’ll arrive in about 5 minutes to check and collect everything. You can simply head out; we handle the cleaning.

Where do you set up?

We love the clean, beautiful beaches of Puerto Vallarta. We hold permits for:

  • Holy Beach
  • Amapas Beach
  • Conchas Chinas Beach

We can also travel anywhere from Mismaloya to Lo de Marcos. Travel fees apply outside Puerto Vallarta.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Standard picnics

  • Cancel 48+ hours before and receive a full deposit refund.

  • Groups over 10 people

  • Cancel 7+ days before for a full deposit refund.

  • Cancellations inside these windows: the deposit is non-refundable.

What about damages or heavy stains?

A $1,000 MXN security deposit is collected at the start of each picnic. After pickup, we inspect all items.

  • If everything is in good condition, we refund the full deposit.
  • For damage, loss, or heavy stains (e.g., red wine on textiles), we may retain part or all of the deposit and charge any additional repair/deep-cleaning/replacement costs if needed. Many décor pieces are high-quality imports—please handle them with care.
